Who would have thought 6 months ago, I could carry 24kg kettle bells, climb ropes, jump onto boxes and do chin ups with only bands helping me!

I started training with Leanne 7 months ago with a friend. I had never exercised and started training with a PT and friend, as I had no motivation, I just needed to lose weight.
I really struggled, as my body was not in good shape or health. Leanne started with the basics, I learnt how to strengthen my body in places that were important like my back. We also discovered my gut health was bad. Leanne really gave me 150% of her. She not only helped me train but she also educated me on a balanced healthy eating lifestyle. That was extremely valuable; she wanted to make sure that I wasn’t just exercising but being as healthy as I could be through my entire body.
I have lost 17kgs and gone down 3 sizes in clothes, which was my 12-month goal. I am so strong now, doing things like weights and cardio sessions I never imagined possible, Leanne pushes me to my limits every week and I am very surprised and proud of just how far I have come.
The things Leanne has taught me are invaluable, I feel set up for life. She is exceptional as a trainer and is the most committed person to her clients that I have ever heard of. I could not recommend her more highly!
Leanne is so professional that she never made me feel like I couldn’t do it. She has always pushed me in a positive way that I always walk out of her sessions thinking next week I am going to do even better.

Training in a gym was never something I saw myself enjoying, so I’m so happy that I met Leanne. She proved to me that I’m a stronger, more motivated and more dedicated person than I would have ever thought. When training with Leanne I lost 15kg, gained a whole lot of joint stability and muscle tone, and had never been happier (gym therapy session, anyone?). I learnt so much from her in our sessions – she often set me challenges that I doubted I could do, but ended up smashing. She is the ultimate inspiration, and anyone privileged enough to train with her knows it too! I’d wake up before the sun every day if it meant more Leanne time, for sure.

I was put in touch with Leanne after registering for a personal trainer through the gym, where I was pretty unfit, had barely been to the gym in about 5 years and avoided her phone call trying to arrange a consultation for about 2 weeks. But she was persistent and as you could imagine during this first session I was nervous, pretty embarrassed of myself and very self conscious.

If I fast track now to 5 Months later, I am so proud of how far I have come. 

Leanne’s training style and commitment to her clients shows in her pure dedication to see them succeed. I have never felt intimidated (even tho I probably should!) and she pushes me further than I thought I could go. 

Her training has kept me motivated, in check and knowledge has taught me technics that have improved what I am doing at the gym outside of just the training I do with her. 

I am stronger, fitter, smaller, more toned and so much more confident than I thought I would be. I had a terrible self-image and just wanted to loose weight, be thin and get there quickly (which no surprises hadn’t worked yet). After training with Leanne for only 5 months I have started to reach the goals that I have been wanting to reach for years and that’s because she has taught me how both in and outside of the gym and pushed me to get there.

I still sometimes dread these weekly sessions, but only because I know she is going to push me to my limit every, single, time! 

My mindset has now gone beyond just the visual changes I can see in myself from training hard, but because of her style I am motivated to keep going back every week to become stronger and fitter and see how far I can push myself. It’s the best investment I could make and love it.

I have been trained by Leanne for a few years now, and with her help completed a number of 30-60 day challenges and reach my personal physical goals. She has helped me a great deal with understanding fitness and nutrition to get the most out of exercising. Leanne went above and beyond what I expected a personal trainer could do for me, her knowledge of everything to do with fitness, weight loss, nutrition, recovery and generally leading a healthier lifestyle is outstanding.

In the end, I think the results she has helped me achieve throughout the time I have been trained by her speaks volumes for her professionalism, vast knowledge of everything fitness and ability to understand and adapt to my different physical goals (weight loss, weight maintenance, and body shaping). When I first trained with Leanne I was 100+ Kg and now I’m down to 73 kg.
