I’ve been training with Leanne since late September 2017 and seeing great results, losing 5.7kg on a 5.2” frame after 6 months, increase my strength and loss of body fat all over.
Who would have thought 6 months ago, I could carry 24kg kettle bells, climb ropes, jump onto boxes and do chin ups with only bands helping me!

- Completely focus on me during training and understands how much to push me without putting me off.
- Breaks down difficult exercises/moves to simpler ones to build up confidence and strength before the final one.
- Adjusts some exercise if I have injury.
- Practices what she preaches – on her websites, I get inspired when see her achieving amazing moves and exercises with her gymnastics and strength.
- She shares on her website how real clients can perform difficult exercises and achievements.
- Has a genuine interest of constantly wanting me to achieve my best.
- Keeps the connection with me and other clients outside training with any questions or concerns.
- Does a lot of research and does it herself before asking her clients to try new things e.g. intermittent fasting, plant based eating.
- Always sharing great ideas /photos on best foods and nutrition advice and recipes.
- The ‘challenges’ are excellent for resetting eating and exercise routines.
- Gets to know me and understand what motivates me to change with eating and drinking.
